I am so sorry to always involved you with problems. May be you know also I am not a manager of our group but our friends keep asking my help.
Actually the problem, after you shipped badges, we cant control them via internet for delivery. And they are delivering with normal post service.
I need another information from you. Her name is ‘Tugce Buyukonder’. If its posibble could you inform to us when you shipped her bagdes? Then we can try to understand is there any problem or only slow delivery.
P.S: By the way, Mr. Ozgur’s badge and i-phone cover received safely.

For Tugce Buyukonder’s order #4663 it has been 25 business days which is a bit longer than expected. If there are any issues with delivery, the order will be returned to us. We have not received any returned orders yet. I will check with our postal service and see if I can find out anything.
We apologize for the shipping delays, unfortunately, we can not control the mail service ... but wish we could. For any future orders, our suggestion would be to use USPS Express Mail, which is more expensive but much quicker and dependable. We are in the process of setting up UPS as a shipping service, however, it is pricey but if used for purchasing a group order it may be an option to consider.
